sherry anshara
Sherry Anshara was an international bestselling author, professional speaker, former radio host of “Conscious Healing”, host of the podcast ‘The Quantum Truth’, host of the ‘Medical Intuitive Channel’ on Roku TV, and contributing writer to national and international publications on the subject of the Anshara Method of Accelerated Healing & Abundance and overall wellness. The Anshara Method was developed through her experience and expertise as a Medical Intuitive and Success Coach as the foundation of her groundbreaking work with Cellular Memory.
She used this method, first to heal her broken back, neck, smashed head, and out-of-place brain…and then to assist thousands of people worldwide to heal their bodies and their lives of illness, disease, and traumas.
Sherry Anshara developed The Anshara AHA! Method® through her 31 years of practice and proof and started a legacy of changing the world by teaching facilitators and practitioners to accelerate the impact of healing and wholeness at the Anshara Institute of Accelerated Healing.
We are all grateful to continue Sherry Anshara's legacy. She created the Anshara Institute to continue her life-long goal of supporting global, conscious connections through the powers of practical application. Although Sherry is no longer with us, Myriah and the Executive Committee of the Anshara Institute continue her purposes in assisting others to create healing and abundance for themselves and those around them.

Myriah (legally known as Aubree Thompson) started her career as a registered nurse for Intermountain Healthcare in Utah. While she worked in many capacities as a nurse, her favorite was home care and hospice. She loves giving the personalized care using her extensive knowledge of natural health.
One of Myriah's passions is in creating next-level education platforms. She has teamed up with former Apple engineers to create education technology that scales globally to wide audiences. Her background in health, education, and technology assisted in making the Anshara Method more relatable to wider audiences.
After working together for 7 years, in 2024 Sherry Anshara announced that Myriah is the first person whom she personally trained who is now able to replicate the process to assist others to apply the Anshara Method in their own lives.
Caryl Gobel, LCSW

Caryl is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, assisting her clients in changing their lives for over 14 years. Using The Anshara Method she has assisted her clients in being the creator of their own lives. Teaching the method at the institute will enable her to spread this knowledge, changing the lives of as many people that utilize the system and as a result creating a better world.

Ingrid is the founder of Apex Premier Solutions, a company that provides marketing and coaching services to clients who want to grow their online presence and revenue. With over 15 years of experience in education, training, and coaching, she has the credentials and competencies to assist her clients to achieve their goals. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation, and a Digital Marketing Associate (DMA) by Meta, the world's largest social media company.
Her mission is to empower her clients with the skills, strategies, and tools they need to succeed in the digital age. She specializes in creating customized and engaging learning solutions, designing curriculum and instruction, and facilitating workshops and webinars. She also offers business coaching and mentoring services, using her expertise in conflict resolution, creative problem-solving, and staff development. As a business owner, she comprehends the challenges and opportunities that her clients face and is committed to assisting them to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.
Dr. Anup Kanodia MD, MPH, IFMPC

Dr. Kanodia is a conventionally trained MD with advanced, specialized training in Alternative, Integrative, and Functional Medicine. He is the Founder and CEO of KanodiaMD. KanodiaMD Harvard School of Public Health. Columbus, Ohio, Specializing in the field of Functional Medicine, Dr. Kanodia focuses on the underlying causes of disease, as opposed to simply treating symptoms as they arise, often focusing efforts on preventive measures, ensuring patients are less likely to contract illnesses or conditions. He typically works to develop a close, therapeutic relationship with patients, taking many aspects of a patient’s life into consideration when providing care.

Dr. Dwight McKee is board certified in medical oncology, hematology, nutrition, and integrative and holistic medicine. He was involved in the development of integrative cancer care, working to create a synthesis between conventional cancer medicine and alternative/complementary medicine. Dr. McKee’s experience in medical research, nutritional science, immunology, chemistry, oncology, and complementary medicine makes him one of the most knowledgeable researchers and clinicians worldwide.

Her clinic, The Vitality Doctor, is a family medical practice with a special interest in optimizing hormone imbalance and longevity medicine for men and women. She assists many patients with fatigue, pain, infertility, PMS, menstrual irregularities, pregnancy & postpartum support, menopause, andropause, weight challenges, and hormone imbalance for men and women.
