How to Facilitate the Anshara AHA! Method®. The powerful aspect of this method is that it will help you personally and it will provide you with a new tool to assist your clients or patients where the illness, disease or dysfunction began and how to assist in accelerating their healing.

The program is designed to be an 11 week online course and a 20 hour in person practicum in Scottsdale, Arizona

To learn with practical applications this new knowledge gained through the study of the connections within the human teaches realistic and practical techniques for healing. These objectives within these courses are to define and connect to specific areas of the body; observe how these areas are functioning when healthy or how they do not function when emotional traumas lead to illness, disease and/or dysfunction These courses also teach techniques on how to alleviate the emotional and physical blockages. The Anshara Methodology shows how the body can be supported to heal at the cellular level of consciousness. Observation and experiential learning are keys to gaining insight and knowledge to the body’s current state of health or illness. Conscious business practices are also included.

Intuitive Powers Practical Applications

This initial course provides an introduction and overview to the core connections and the impact, positive or negative, within the Cellular points of consciousness within the human body experienced from the inception of life throughout the ages and stages of development within a person’s lifetime. The course explains how the body retains information defined as either Cellular Memory or Cellular Memorization and the relationship to either a healthy or unhealthy body. The course familiarizes the students with the impact of the physical aspects of Cellular Memory, Cellular Memorization, Cellular Sound, Cellular Tones, Wordology is Your Biology.

Energy Centers - Head to the Feet

This course focuses on the functionality at the Cellular Level inside the human body in these specific areas from the Head to the Feet. By defining the specific connections to the physical, emotional and mental conditions within these areas of the body, the physical and emotional issues can be addressed productively and effectively. The purposes and practical objectives provide for the releasing of the physical and emotional trauma trapped in these areas of the human body at the Cellular Levels of experiences.This course familiarizes the students with the physical sections of the head, the skull, the elements of the face inside and out, the neck, the shoulders, arms, hands, and chest and the effects of the physical and emotional connections between these specific areas of the human body. This course familiarizes the students with the physical sections from the Solar Plexus to the Feet which includes the stomach, digestive and intestinal systems, the entire Pelvic system plus the legs, calves and feet. Connecting the effects of the physical and emotional links between these specific areas of the human body defines whether these areas are healthy or not.

Conscious Business Practices

This course includes holistic and healthy ways to organize and structure a business surrounding this work. This course contains four modules.

Hands on Practicum

To become a certified Holistic Anshara Practitioner, there will be an in person 20 hour weekend in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is where you will learn hands on under the supervision of Sherry Anshara.
